What does VPBrowser actually do?
It runs many browser profiles side by side, each with its own fingerprint, cookies, storage and proxy. To a website, every profile looks like a different person on a different computer.
Vanta Fox or VantaChrome — which engine should I use?
Vanta Fox is the Firefox-based default and the right choice for most profiles. VantaChrome is our own Chromium 148 build, currently in beta, for profiles that need to present as a Chromium browser. Both are on every plan, and you choose per profile.
Why does spoofing inside the engine matter?
Injected JavaScript has to override browser APIs after the fact, and those overrides can be detected. VPBrowser's engines produce the profile's values natively, so there is no patched layer for a site to find.
Which proxies can I use?
HTTP and SOCKS5. Paste a proxy in whatever format your provider gives you and it is split into host, port and credentials automatically. A one-click check confirms it works, and timezone, language and geolocation follow the proxy exit.
How do teams avoid opening the same profile twice?
A running profile is locked to the computer running it. Teammates see it as in use until it is closed, then it syncs and anyone with access can open it on their own machine.
Will my AdsPower scripts work?
VPBrowser exposes an AdsPower-compatible Local API, so scripts that start, stop and list browsers through that API can be pointed at VPBrowser.
